How returns and refunds work for the cards and the app.
Card decks
You can return a deck within 15 days of delivery in unused condition.
Send us a message with your order details to start a return. You will need to pay shipping costs.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 10 business days of the return arriving.
Returns that don’t meet these conditions can’t be refunded.
Damaged or lost
If a box arrives damaged, send us a message within 5 days of delivery. If it hasn’t arrived 30 days after you ordered, send us a message then. Either way, we’ll refund the cost.
The app
The app is sold through the App Store and Google Play, so refunds for it are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you won’t be charged.
