What this is

Just Say It is practice: scenarios, examples of people pleasing, and things to say instead. It isn’t therapy, counseling, or medical, legal or professional advice.

If you’re in crisis or someone is hurting you, contact a professional or emergency services. In the US, call or text 988, or call 911.

What you say is up to you

You decide what to say, to whom and when. We can’t know your situation or how anyone will react, so we aren’t responsible for what happens after you say something, including to a relationship, a job or a friendship.

The app subscription

Annual is $49.99 a year and monthly is $9.99 a month, each after a 7-day free trial, renewing until canceled. It’s billed by Apple or Google to the account you buy with.

Near the end of the trial, the app may also offer a one-time purchase of $99 for access that doesn’t renew.

Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged. Refunds for the app are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard license terms also apply. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its support; we are.

The cards

Card decks are sold on this website and paid through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout, and tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping and returns are covered on the Shipping and Refunds pages.

Your use

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Just Say It.

The scenarios, lines, card designs and brand belong to Tools for Connection LLC. You can use them for your own practice. Don’t copy, resell or republish them.

We can suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the app or site, and we may change or stop offering any part of Just Say It.

No guarantees

Just Say It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don’t promise it will work for you, or that the app and site will always be available or error free.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first, through the contact form, and give us 30 days to put it right. Most problems end there.

If not, these terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming, except that either of us can use small claims court where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and using Just Say It after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
